WHO WE ARE

Two factories. Two hundred craftspeople. One standard.

Centi Sartoria operates two made-to-measure suit factories in Shanghai, employing over 200 staff including 10 master tailors with an average of 25 years' experience each. For over a decade, we have manufactured suits for B2B clients across Europe, from independent boutiques and travel tailors to established online retailers.

Our own shops and our European partners give us daily visibility into real-world fit, quality, and client expectations. That feedback loop, from our own shops, our European partners, and our master tailors, is what keeps our quality consistent. Ask us to put the fault, rework and freight split in writing before you order, and ask every other supplier you are comparing to do the same. One who will not write it down has told you something.

We do not manufacture under our own export brand. Every suit we produce for an international client ships finished, under their label, in their packaging. You face your client. We stay invisible.

OUR SCALE

Built for partners who need reliability.

2 Factories, Shanghai

Two Shanghai facilities, 200 house tailors, two to three garments each a day. That is where the 100,000 a year comes from, and you can check the arithmetic yourself. What it buys you is that your orders are never competing for floor time. We have space, staff, and machines ready.

Capacity: 100,000 suits/yr

26 Mills and Merchants. Stock Held On-Site.

We buy our cloth direct from the mill or its merchant, with no trading company in between. Our held range is built on Vitale Barberis Canonico and Zegna cloth kept in Shanghai; cloth from the other houses in our supplier directory is ordered in against a confirmed order, and we will tell you which is which before you quote it to a client. When you order from the held range, the fabric is already in our warehouse rather than three weeks out from Italy.

In-stock: 200+ active cloths

Global Shipment. Zero Hassle.

We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, and freight partners. Multiple shipping tiers available. Express, standard, or sea freight for bulk orders. Our logistics team handles customs documentation and export paperwork. You receive the suits. We handle everything before that.

Lead time: 14 to 20 working days

WHY WORK WITH US

More than a manufacturer.

Six things partners tell us they couldn't find anywhere else.

01

No Minimums. Ever.

Order 1 suit or 1,000, the process is identical. We built our factory around flexibility, not volume thresholds. Most of our long-term partners started with a single sample.

02

European Fabric. In Our Warehouse.

We buy direct from the mill or its merchant and keep the cloth we use most on site. Vitale Barberis Canonico and Zegna are held in Shanghai and can be cut the week you order; the rest of the houses in our supplier directory are ordered in against a confirmed order. Ask which category a cloth falls into and we will tell you before you promise a date.

03

Total Flexibility on Structure & Design

We're not a catalogue manufacturer. If you need a different canvas, a modified lapel, a specific lining configuration, or a construction method that matches your house style, we adapt. Our pattern team works from your spec, not ours.

04

Annual Fabric R&D

Our in-house research team develops and tests new fabric blends every year based on partner feedback and market trends. If you're building a collection and need something that doesn't exist yet, talk to us. We have the team to develop it.

05

Business Setup & Training for New-Market Entry

If you're building a made-to-measure suit business in Europe, the US or Australia, we can help you beyond manufacturing. Our team offers guidance on business structure, client-facing processes, and, through our master tailors, hands-on technical training. We've helped partners go from zero to operational.

06

24/7 Partner Support & Best-in-Class Returns

You deal with the same people through the order, not a ticket queue. Before you place it, ask us to put the fault, rework and freight split in writing, and ask every other supplier you are comparing to do the same. A supplier who will not write it down has told you something.

NUMBERS THAT MATTER

What 13 years of manufacturing looks like.

Our quality guarantee

Made-to-measure fit, and a written answer on who pays when a garment comes back. Ask any supplier, us included, to put the fault, rework and freight split in writing before you order.

Production vs Capacity

Current Output 30% Available Capacity 70%

We are currently at 30% of total capacity. Your orders scale without bottlenecks.

Lead Time: Us vs Traditional

Traditional European factory 4 to 8 weeks
Centi Sartoria 14 to 20 days

26 Mills and Merchants, Bought Direct

We buy from the mill or its own merchant. No trading company in between and no third-party sourcing agent taking a cut of your order. We are a customer of these houses, not an authorised dealer for them, and we will say so plainly if a client asks.

Start with one suit.

No minimum order. No long-term contract required. Most of our European partners began with a single sample suit, and built their MTM range from there.
