Your team orders on our platform, in five languages, and a customer's height and weight are enough to start. One suit is the minimum, from 100 USD per two-piece with your cloth or 155 USD with ours. Production takes 10 to 14 days, plus shipping.

How your team places an order
Log in, pick the customer, pick cloth and style, enter measurements, submit. Then track the order and message us in the same place. The full eight steps are listed further down.
What CENTI AI does, and what it does not
It removes the need for a full measurement set at the point of sale. Height and weight give a suggested size for every line on the order. Your staff keep what they trust and overwrite what they measure. It does not scan or photograph anyone.
- Two numbers in, jacket and trouser sizes out, in about 30 seconds.
- Then adjust: waist shape (flat, standard, round), wearing style (slim, standard, relaxed), jacket by European chest size, trouser waist and hip separately.
- A customer who is not in front of you can measure at home with video guidance and send your team a code to import.

Send us your own cloth and we cut, make and press it. That is CMT, cut make trim. Or choose full package and we supply the cloth from our 33 mills and merchants. Both can run on the same account.

Can I order made to measure suits from my own fabric?
Yes. Customer-supplied cloth is supported on the Centi Sartoria ordering platform. Ship the cloth to us, select it on the order, and we cut, make and press to the measurements on that order. This is the CMT option. Full package, with cloth from our 33 mills and merchants, is available on the same account.
What is the minimum order for a private label suit brand?
One suit. Centi Sartoria makes each garment to one order, so a brand can start with a single customer order under its own label and never hold stock. The one piece minimum applies to every order, not only the first.
How long does production take?
10 to 14 days from a confirmed order, for both CMT and full package. Shipping time is added on top and shipping is charged separately.
What languages does the ordering platform support?
English, Chinese, French, Spanish and German. A brand with staff in different countries can use one account with each person working in their own language. The customer measurement page supports metric and imperial units.
Does Centi Sartoria use AI to make the suits?
No. CENTI AI is a sizing aid inside the ordering platform: it suggests every measurement on the order from the customer's height and weight, and any suggestion can be overwritten with a measured value. It does not scan or photograph anyone. The suits are cut and sewn by tailors in our Shanghai workshop to the measurements submitted on the order.
How does a brand get a customer's measurements remotely?
The customer opens the Centi Sartoria measurement page at b2b.centisartoria.com/measure, enters name, height and weight for a starting set, then measures each body part following a short video, in metric or imperial. At the end they receive a measurement code. They send it to your team and your team imports it into the order.
