No Minimum Order Suit Manufacturer: Start From One Piece

Most brands don't fail because their suits are bad. They fail because they had to buy five hundred before they sold one. Here is how ordering private-label suits from a single piece works, at the same ex-factory price as a full run.

If you want to launch a menswear line, test a capsule, or sell made-to-measure online, the minimum order is usually the first wall you hit. We took the wall down. You can order a single suit, sew your own label into it, and pay the same ex-factory price you would pay on a run of a thousand.

None
Minimum order. From one piece.
14–20
Working days, standard production.
3–5
Day rush available on a deadline.
60–80%
Typical partner gross margin.

Why a high minimum is the most expensive thing in your business

A minimum order decides how much cash you tie up before you know what sells. Hit a minimum of five hundred and you carry the sizes that don’t move, then discount to clear them. The minimum meant to protect your cost ends up cheapening your brand.

A high minimum order
✕  Cash locked up before your first sale
✕  Dead stock in the sizes that don't move
✕  Discounting that cheapens your brand
✕  No room to test a new cloth or fit
Ordering from one piece
Pay as you sell, not before
  No dead stock to clear
Hold your price, protect your margin
  Test anything, scale the winners

How ordering from one piece works

Our model is built for brands, not for warehouses. You sell under your own name, factory-direct from our Shanghai atelier, and we stay invisible behind it.

You order what you have already sold, or what you want to test, from a single piece upward. The price per suit does not jump because the quantity is small. You get the same construction, the same certified cloth, and the same standards on an order of one as on an order of two hundred. When something sells, you reorder. When it does not, you have not buried your cash in it.

One dedicated contact handles your account, and that person carries no more than five partners at a time. So when you ask where your order is, you get a real answer from someone who knows your name, not a ticket number.

And we stand behind every piece. If something isn’t right, we make it right.

What you can order from one piece

How partners actually use it

Sell first, produce second
STEP 1
Sell first
Take the order from your customer.
STEP 2
We produce
14 to 20 days, or a 3 to 5 day rush.
STEP 3
Reorder winners
Scale what sells, drop what does not.
Your customer pays before we cut. You hold zero inventory.

Capsule drops. Launch six pieces, photograph them, sell them, and reorder the winners. No five-hundred-unit gamble to find out which jacket your audience wants.

Online made-to-measure. Take the order first, produce it second. Your customer pays before we cut, so you hold zero inventory and carry zero risk on unsold stock.

Testing before you commit. Trying a new cloth, a new fit block, or a new market? Order a handful, learn what sells, then scale the pieces that work.

This is how a part-time tailor in Spain went from around 1,500 euros a month to over 12,000, by selling first and producing second, with no rent and no stock. The model rewards starting small and moving fast.

Frequently asked questions

Is there really no minimum order?

Yes. You can order a single suit. There is no minimum order quantity and no account fee to unlock it.

Does the price go up if I only order one suit?

No. You pay the ex-factory price whether you order one piece or a thousand. The price reflects the construction and the cloth, not the quantity.

Can I put my own brand label inside the suit?

Yes. This is white-label production. Your label, your packaging, your brand. We make the garment to your specification and stay invisible on the finished piece.

How fast will I get it?

Standard production is about 14 to 20 working days, separate from shipping. Rush production is available, 5-day at a 50 percent surcharge and 3-day at 70 percent, when a client has a hard deadline.

What fabrics can I choose from?

Cloth from 33 certified European mills, including Zegna and Vitale Barberis Canonico, across fused, half-canvas and full-canvas construction.
