Reading the gaps
Lead time is where published figures disagree most, sometimes on the same website. Baoxiniao's OEM page says 7 day production for MTM while its FAQ says 4 to 6 weeks; Kutetailor says 7 days on its home page and 7 to 10 days on its company page. Neither says whether shipping is included or where counting starts. Ask every supplier the same thing: from which point, in which days, and is shipping inside or outside the number.
Own-cloth CMT is the next gap. Only two suppliers on this list say plainly that they make with the shop's cloth. If your customers bring cloth, or you buy lengths yourself, ask the others directly.
Matching a garment you already sell is the question that decides whether a switch keeps your fit. None of the other suppliers' sites describe it. Ask for it, and ask for a one-piece trial. The switching checklist has the full list of questions.
