Corporate Suit Programs: Why Made-to-Measure Actually Works for Groups
How event companies and corporate buyers are using MTM manufacturing to dress teams, leadership groups, and hospitality staff better — and more cost-efficiently.
The problem with dressing a team in off-the-shelf suits
Off-the-shelf suits fit approximately 20% of people who try them. The rest need alterations — expensive, inconsistent, and never quite right. When you’re dressing a 20-person leadership team or a 50-person hotel concierge staff, the alteration bill often exceeds the cost of the suits themselves.
Made-to-measure solves this cleanly: every person gets a suit cut to their exact measurements. No alterations. No exceptions.
The group order process
Week 1: Distribute our measurement form to all participants. It takes 15 minutes per person and requires no tailoring expertise — most people can self-measure with the guide, or visit a local tailor to take dimensions.
Week 1–2: Submit all measurements together as a group order. We cut all suits from the same fabric bolt — same dye lot, same finish, guaranteed visual consistency across the group.
Weeks 2–3: Production completed. All suits individually labelled, packed, and shipped — either to a central address or to individual participants.
What it costs
| Classic Fused (per suit) | €108 ex-works |
| Tailor’s Choice Fused | €127 ex-works |
| Shipping + duties to Europe (estimate) | €25–40 per suit |
| Total landed cost per suit (approx) | €133–168 |
For a 20-person group, that’s approximately €2,660–3,360 for 20 bespoke suits. Compare this to the alteration bill on 20 off-the-shelf suits that still don’t fit properly.
Corporate branding options
For the right order sizes, we offer:
- Custom lining with company colours or a subtle logo
- Monogrammed initials on the inner breast pocket
- Branded garment bags with company name
- Consistent pocket square or tie options to complete the look
These details are what turn a suit program into a memorable experience for the people wearing them.
