What a travel tailor needs from a factory

A travel tailor’s business model is built on convenience for the client. They come to you — in your hotel lobby, their home, or their office. They trust you with measurements and details in a 45-minute appointment and expect a suit that fits them perfectly, delivered to wherever they need it, weeks later.

That model only works if the factory behind you is fast, accurate, and reliable.

The 14–20-day standard

Our standard production lead time is 14–20 working days from order confirmation. For European delivery, add 3–5 business days via FedEx. In practice, most of our travel tailor clients tell their clients to expect their suit in 16–20 days — and it almost always arrives within that window.

For urgent commissions, 5-day rush production is available at a 50% surcharge, and 3-day at 70%. Occasionally a client needs a suit for a specific event — we make it happen.

We can ship the finished suit directly to your client’s home, office, or hotel — anywhere in the world — under your brand name. You measure in Vienna, place the order from Vienna, and the suit is delivered to your client in Amsterdam. No handling required on your part.
